I have always pictured Croc Master not really so much an active Cobra agent and more like a crazy guy they let sort of move in on the island and just let him do his thing. This is my first GI Joe related custom of 2012 and I wanted to try and make the character more sinister looking, perhaps like a horror movie themed villain. Croc Master is one of the more obscure characters from GI Joe and I have always really liked him.
This is great. I've been trying to think about how to better incorporate Croc-Master and Raptor into the Joe mythos, and one idea I had was to make them both Dreadnoks... Croc-Master especially fits with that idea, as the Dreadnoks as often shown hiding out in the swamp. I think this version really plays up what works about the character, and the giant croc is a lot more menacing than the usual pet-store rejects he's packed with. Very, very cool. Wonderful work as always!
