The HISS Tank is the iconic vehicle of the Cobra Organization. This however, is the second release of the HISS from 1989. Yup, it's the actual same toy I got for Christmas way back when. Originally, the tank was a light blue with blazing red cannons. Well, I've changed that and gave it a new paint scheme. Originally, the tank came with a light gray driver, named Track Viper and I have upgraded Track Viper here as well with some changes. As a kid, this was one of my favorite Joe vehicles, and still is today.
